SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, shipments may be slightly delayed — we'll notify you by email if that's the case.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): faster delivery at an additional cost, shown at checkout
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or weather.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracked shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Customs & Duties (US Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by US Customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Glow Theory is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at glowtheorygoods@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
