How to Request a Refund
Email glowtheorygoods@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions on how/where to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used, due to hygiene and health and safety reasons:
- Facial cleansing devices and skin contact tools (e.g., facial cleansers, face rollers, massage sets, facial steamers)
- Teeth whitening strips and any products intended for oral use
- Hair tools and accessories that make direct contact with the scalp or hair (e.g., hairbrushes, scalp massagers, hair towels)
- Any personal care or grooming product that has been removed from its original sealed packaging
If an item from this list arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will still make it right — contact us within 7 days of delivery at glowtheorygoods@gmail.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
